Litro ("the app") is operated by Seganiko (Serhii Nikolaienko), Algrange, France. Contact: info@seganiko.com. Litro helps drivers find fuel stations and prices nearby. We keep data collection to the minimum needed for the app to work.
What we collect
- Location (approximate or precise). Used only to show fuel stations near you (or near a place you search). Your coordinates are sent to our server (api.tryseganiko.com) as a one-time request to return nearby stations. We do not store your location and do not link it to your identity. If you deny location access, the app uses a default location or a place you type.
- No account, no personal details. Litro has no sign-up. We do not collect your name, email, phone number, or contacts.
- Advertising (Google AdMob). The free app shows ads through Google AdMob. Google may use a device advertising identifier and usage data to serve and measure ads, as described in Google's policy: policies.google.com/privacy. You can reset or limit your advertising ID in Android settings.
- Maps. Maps are provided by the Google Maps SDK; Google's terms and privacy policy apply.
How we use data
- Location → fetch nearby stations and prices (transient, not stored).
- Advertising → display ads via AdMob.
We do not sell your data.
Sharing
Your location is sent only to our own backend to return nearby results; it is not shared with third parties. Google AdMob and Google Maps receive data as described above, governed by Google's policies.
Data retention
We do not retain your location or any personal data on our servers. The fuel data we store (station locations and prices) is public/official information, not personal data.
Children
Litro is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
Your rights (GDPR / EEA)
Contact info@seganiko.com with any privacy question. Because we hold no personal data tied to you, there is normally nothing to access or delete; for ads-related data, use Google's controls and your device's advertising settings.
Data sources & attribution
Fuel prices and station data come from official and public sources — national fuel-price portals, © OpenStreetMap contributors (ODbL), and European Central Bank reference exchange rates. Some prices are official national averages shown as indicative references (marked “≈”).

We may update this policy; the effective date above reflects the latest version.
